This week, the CEELI Institute is conducting an anti-corruption training in Tunis, Tunisia. The courses, focusing on corruption detection and financial investigation techniques, have been taught and led by Goran Klemencic, the former director of the Slovenian Anti-Corruption Agency, Jerry Rowe, a financial crimes consultant, and CEELI Institute Executive Director Chris Lehmann. Topics of the training include: costs of public corruption and bribery, identifying corruption, and developing investigation plans to stop potential criminal activity.
