The CEELI Institute is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to providing training, exchanges, and education to legal professionals, with a focus on promoting rule of law and human rights, supporting democratic institutions and mechanisms, fighting corruption, and helping build free market economies. Since our founding in 1999 we have provided post-graduate legal education and exchange to more than 5000 legal professionals from more than 45 countries. CEELI Institute instructors are international experts in their respective fields who volunteer their time and expertise as a pro-bono public service. Our programs are intensive, practical, and skills-based. The CEELI Institute’s access to this wide global network of expert trainers allows us to build and adjust programs to directly target the needs of our participants.
