The CEELI Institute is deeply saddened by the loss of our International Advisory Board Member, Talbot “Sandy” D’Alemberte – a Rule of Law Hero who was instrumental to the founding of the Institute, and who was an inspiration for generations of lawyers committed to advancing the Rule of Law.
